By accessing or using SentienPath ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Joshua Harezlak, operating as SentienPath, located in Illinois, United States. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
SentienPath is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that generates CNC plasma cutting GCode from design files (DXF, SVG) or natural language descriptions using artificial intelligence. The Service is accessible at sentienpath.com and related subdomains.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for:
One person may not maintain more than one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
SentienPath offers the following service tiers:
Monthly subscription credits reset on your billing renewal date each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the following month. Purchased Credit Pack credits do not expire and are consumed after subscription credits are exhausted.
Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days notice of price changes to existing subscribers via email.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. SentienPath does not store, process, or have access to your payment card information. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service available at stripe.com/legal.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate consumption of credits upon generation, the following refund policy applies:

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Our Property: The SentienPath name, logo, software, website design, GCode post processors, and AI prompting systems are owned by Joshua Harezlak operating as SentienPath and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without express written permission.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to design files you upload to the Service (DXF files, SVG files, and similar). By uploading files, you grant SentienPath a limited, non-exclusive license to process those files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your design files and do not use them to train AI models.

GCode files generated by the Service are provided to you for your use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use generated GCode files for personal and commercial CNC plasma cutting projects.
Maker plan subscribers and above receive a commercial use license for all generated output. Free plan output is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
We make no claim of ownership over GCode files generated from your uploaded designs. However, GCode generated entirely from AI text descriptions (without a user-uploaded source file) may not be resold as standalone digital products without a Pro plan subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENTIENPATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that generated toolpaths are appropriate for your machine, material, and operating environment before executing any cutting operation. Always consult your machine manufacturer's documentation and safety guidelines.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the billing portal and contacting us at [email protected] to request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or non-payment.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Illinois, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
